Pricing
You only pay a brokerage commission when your yacht sells, agreed with your broker before you list. There is no fee to browse, message a broker, book a showing, or make an offer.
For sellers
Your broker prepares your yacht for market, markets it across every major marketplace, qualifies buyers, negotiates the offer, and manages the closing. The commission is agreed with your broker in your listing agreement and is only paid out of the proceeds once your boat sells.
A commission covers: pricing your yacht correctly, marketing and marketplace syndication, coordinating showings, negotiating on your behalf, and managing the closing from accepted offer to settlement.

There is no charge to search inventory, contact a broker, book a showing, or submit an offer. Any cost of the sale is covered by the seller through the agreed commission.
